So here is it , fifty years old and working out a way to mark this event. Having never really liked parties, I thought I'd do a bit of travelling instead and this blog is a record of places I've been between February 2011 and February 2012.
Is there a point to all this?
No. But there is a target and a few rules:
1. Visit 50 places in England, at least 1 from each County
2. Use either public transport and/or a bicycle to get there, or
3. Use a car - if journeying with someone.
I'm anticipating doing most of this alone
